Cancelation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment and provide at least 14 calendar days' notice, your entire deposit will be refunded. However, if you cancel within 14 calendar days, the deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 14 calendar days' notice, but no rescheduling is permitted within 14 calendar days of the scheduled photo shoot.
Delivery time: Services will be provided based on mutually agreed appointment times. Photos of Package 1, Package 2, and Package 3 will be sent digitally in 5-7 business days. Photos of Wedding Package A and B will be sent digitally in 20-30 business days.
Payment method: Bank transfer invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and convertible to JPY, USD, GBP, EUR, SGD, and other currencies via WISE (TransferWise). For IDR payments; BCA (PT Bank Central Asia). Additionally, Apple Cash (in USD) and 7-Bank Japan (in JPY) are accepted.
Payment period: Customers are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be paid directly on the day of the photo session or prior.
